The Worker Protection Bill
Employers could face third party harassment liability. With a stricter duty to prevent sexual harassment.
The new duty on employers to take all reasonable steps to eliminate sexual harassment in the workplace will be enforceable by the equality regulator, the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC). This proposed approach was discussed in detail in an earlier consultation and government response. However, the detail on what was being proposed was missing from the consultation response – this bill fills in the gaps.

NMW is set to increase on 1st April 2023, for workers aged 23 and over this will take them to £10.42 per hour which is a 9.7% increase!
