Do you offer ad hoc support?
Yes, we offer an ad hoc service. Once you sign the Terms of Business, you can pick up the phone whenever you need for the advice and guidance that you require for a situation that may have arisen, to get the support your business needs. We charge based on an hourly rate, so if a call lasts 15 minutes and we draft a document which lasts 15 minutes, you will get invoiced at the end of that month for a total of 30 minutes, based on an hourly rate break down.
What kind of support do you provide?
This option that we have is the retained and outsourced option. We completely take on the HR work for you, and we can tailor your needs specifically. With a retained package, you pay an amount per month, and you can pick up the phone and get the support that you need. We truly are the whole HR Department and administration, for example we write offer letters, references, writing out any letters to deal with any people issues including telephone and email support. You get the luxury of having a dedicated HR advisor who really gets to know your business.
You also get a monthly email from us with any updates and things that are going on, a quarterly newsletter, and your contract of employment and employee handbooks are kept up to date. So as the law changes and as things evolve, even within your business, then we’ll keep those up to date for you. In addition to that, we are putting in place discounts on any training and onsite fees should you have a retainer in place.
The retainer is for a 12-month period and can renew after that time, so not long drawn-out contracts!
